Addressing a most relevant and necessary topic, St. Andrews will be holding a Sunday evening class during the month of October, on “The Gift of Advance Care Planning.” The classes will be held in Snyder Hall from 7 – 8:30pm. Leading and facilitating discussions will be Roberta Geidner, Advance Care Planning Coordinator with WellSpan Health, and Dr. Scott Shreve, Director of the VA’s Hospice and Palliative Care Program.
Oct. 7 – Why is Advance Care Planning a Gift?
Oct. 14 – Being Mortal
Oct. 21 – Common and Unique Journeys in Life
Oct. 28 – What to Say? How to Get Started.
You won’t want to miss this opportunity to broach and explore what can be a difficult topic, with other participants and leaders experienced in the subject.
Please sign up in the Gathering Area if you plan to attend and invite friends and family members; all are welcome.
